Transforming HPE presentations into memorable experiences

Wire Stone software and storytelling power HPE’s Customer Experience Centers

HPE’s customers span the globe and include governments and Fortune-50 enterprises. Until recently, the company’s executives relied on PowerPoint to influence these top-tier customers—an approach that failed to take full advantage of the company’s assets and expertise. When HPE decided to elevate its product demonstrations by creating high-tech experience centers, it turned to Wire Stone, its partner for more than 15 years.

The first center was executed in just ten weeks, requiring extreme flexibility as requirements continually evolved. Our tech team developed software to support ultra-high-resolution media; our UX designers created intuitive interfaces to facilitate coordinated sales activities; and our content strategists, designers, and writers developed a sales-centric storytelling framework and content portfolio. The experience we created incorporates on-screen annotation, digital white boarding, touch-enabled content, and an elegant, integrated environment that enables HPE presenters to tell personalized solution stories designed to influence a sophisticated customer base.

HPE Customer Experience Centers have been established in New York, London, Palo Alto, and a pop-up location built for the World Economic Forum in Davos. These immersive destinations inspire presenters and customers alike, transforming conventional presentations into powerful multimedia experiences. HPE CEO Meg Whitman gave the project the ultimate stamp of approval when she chose the New York Center to host a recent board of directors meeting.
